P & M Property Management has been doing business wih Colonial Roofing since 1999. Before that I was using Colonial Roofing while working with other Management Companies. I was also the owner of a Property Management Company called "Mind Your Manors, Inc" for five years. I'be had a professional relationship with Colonial Roofing since 1991 and it has been very successful for our clients.

Colonial Roofing has worked with us on warrantee issues, storm issues and re-roofing because of "end of life" roofing. We feel that Colonial Roofing is the only company that goes abouve the expected levels of service for Roofing Companies. The Management team always works with us to fix any problems and schedule repairs when neeeded as in the case of emergencies.

They have introduced a new product to this area called Duralast (which they are the only company certfied to install in this area). We expect great things from this product with life expediency and maintenace issues. It says a lot about a company when they are the only provider of a product.

Colonial Roofing is also a preferred vendor for serveral manufacturers of roofing supplies used on most of our buildings. They are certfied installers and warrantee representatives. These companies only use licensed, insured and reputable local companies to represent them in the market.
