Located in Naples, Florida, Siena Lakes retirement community was a new construction project with a roof that was only 3 years old. After experiencing multiple issues over the 3 years of occupancy, it was clear that the craftsmanship was not standing up - and the ownership was forced into making the decision to replace the roof structure.

This commercial roof replacement spanned 310,200 square feet of roof tile roofing and 70,000 square feet of low-slope commercial flat roofing with over 11,000 square feet of gutter replacement and multiple independent roof sections.
